Return and Refund policy
At LucyFinds, we want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, you have 3 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with tags)
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and we’ll notify you as soon as the process is complete.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the current item and then place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged Items or Incorrect Orders
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately at support@growthfiles.shop. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.
European Union 3-Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have 3 days from receiving your item to cancel or return it for any reason. The return conditions are the same as above.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
